Keeshond Pages

   In addition to raising exotic birds, we are fortunate to live with four Keeshonden.  We think Keeshonds are the most wonderful dogs in the world and cannot say enough wonderful things about this breed.  Quick to learn, loyal and affectionate, Kees are some of the best companion dogs ever bred.   Giz, Keesha, Gus & Georgie are not aggressive when it comes to the birds.  They keep a respectful distance when it comes to "Lola" our Yellow-Naped Amazon Parrot.   They are very gentle should a hand feeding baby bird flutter to the floor.  If you would like to meet our Kees, just click on a member of the pack in the grid below for what we think are the most beautiful dogs in the world!!!  :)   Please be patient as some of the pages may be slow to load.  They include pictures and are worth the wait.  

Gadget was our baby for almost five years.  He was full of life and a very beautiful Kees.   Gadget passed away January 3, 1999.  We miss him terribly!
